Tutting - Dam! -

Hey I've been trying to tut for the past couple weeks and I seriously canNOT do this angle : _| (hand is facing outward).
I've been stretching my wrists everday at that specific angle but I don't think it's improving at all.
And plus, trying to do that angle is putting a lot of strain on a muscle in my forearm and I don't want to pull it or something. Is there any way I can improve at this angle faster because it looks like it is a necessary angle in tutting for boxes and such, thanks!
