how do you get the flexibleness....uh....flexibility to stick yer leg behind yer head easily....well.....besides the obvious of. "syick yer leg behind yer head and hold it there and by and by yull get used to it"
like, are there stretches besides the regular ones to get that?

there arent any shortcuts. there's no replacement for practice. begging on the forums wont help, and i see that a lot; it's also a mistake i made. i used to come here 24/7 for windmill advice.
no no dont get me rong...i do pratice ...i sit in those things every day....im just ondering if thers a better way to do it...like if thats not the rite way to do it....well yes....i see now....
