it's that lean thing... you spring as you're falling back... you don't just jump up. if you're falling back, you're already at an angle.

for bhs... i just jump and throw my arms back and arch my back at the same time. it works for me.

zuloon i'm not a gymnast person. i learned this shit on the fucking tile at my school. i probably didn't get a lot of moves on my first try. i fell and i hurt. big fucking deal, it's bboying, what do you expect? you ARE a pussy. simple and plain.

No matter what I do or try to visualize, I ALWAYS end up going straight up, which I hope will help me with my back flips? But right now I want some dope BHS so I can do them continuously. But some times when I jump back, its not that different than my other attemps. I guess I'll try leaning back more and then jump.

By the way VP, do you have any vids of yourself doing flips? Never seen you do any flips before




I think its hilarious how people on this site have a huge "moves list" of BS crap that they can't do and they also have no videos at all to back them up.

My mate told me how to do a fhs he showed me it too, apparantly u run as fast as u can, then go down onto ur hands, and push off as hard as you can. Also kick with your legs, then you'll go back onto your feet after lots and lots and lots of practice lol.

You don't even have to run to do a FHS. Just whip one leg really hard over and push off the ground. Simple.

dude are you kidding me? i could fall all day, that shit doesnt hurt me anymore. however, i'm not gonna waste my time like a tool and make that clip for you. i'll just let you know that i can fall on my back 25 times without a sweat, then proceed to do a back handspring and a power combo. that's shits to me.

and another thing, i can hit elbow 1.5, NOT cleanly, and that shit hurts more than any fhs.
