Differently for different moves.
For handglides, a little to the center but still to the side a little of where your stab arm is.
For windmills, to the side a lot, so that you can fold your arm towards your shoulders.
For crickets, its a little to the right of the center of my stomach for me. I stab with my right.
And ya.
For chairs, just above your hip bone.
For airchairs, I dunno yet.
