go to u tube and search "jester kicks" mike garcia has a really good guide for them
and yeh applejacks are the same thing as jester kicks...just a diff name...and if u need any pointer i can do 1 legged 2 legged(nearly) and 1 armed

dude, this is so gay i can do a one hand v-kick/ ninja outburst or w/e u call it
but i cant do a normal v-kick.... WTH!!!

i dont know, alot of my friends cant do a normal v kick either, but they can do a 1 handed. weird

i guess what you would do in a normal v kick is at the peak of your kick, you use your hips to "spring" back forward. dont push directly forward but actually towards the sky, if you know what i mean. your hands helps spring back too
