Oh gosh it's junior again >.>;' Ah well ^^ Those are called Planches. And the ones he does are Planche Push-Ups. It requires a WHOLE lot of strength and it's a very hard move to do as it is, added to that, push-ups? o.o;'

nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not the Junior video again!

lift weights to get a huge amount of arm, chest and shoulder strength.

Grizzly, did you seriously say "don't bench press to work out?" You might want to rethink that statement

he's right. don't bench press to work out.
why would you work on pushing heavy shit up while you're laying on youre back? do you REALLY think that's gonna help you hold yourselves up on your hands? can you imagine those professional body builders doing planches? hell fucking no.

if you wanna get better at planches, practice your fucking planches.

i'll tell you this much. i don't bench. i have no idea how much i can bench. people are always asking me how much i can bench, but i haven't tried since like 8th grade, so i dont fucking know. but my planches are low and parallel as fuck, so practice planches!

probably weights would help but nothing works better than practicing the move itself
