I've seen plenty of people use this move to get into a handstand, a freeze etc. etc.
When they do it, they get into a Turtle Freeze and they kinda rock back and fourth and then I'm assuming they push and kick up and then their on their hands. I still can't do it so I was wondering if anyone here can do it? A guide would be greatly appreciated too.

okay the thing you do is..
you kick ur legs like I do in the video..
and you push ur hand kinda the same
way you do a cricket hop (without the hop)
and you put that power in BOTH ur arms..
so u kick and push at the same time

I learned it from this guy half a year ago
first I couldn't do it... but now I can
do it pretty fast (not on this vid though..
I was afraid to kick something in there)
but the guy who teached it to me can
do it super fast by now... looks real dope
so just practise and practise man
