Ok basically its a headspin but you are hoppng instead of spinning.
1. Start the Headspin which ever way is comfortable
2. Start the motion of the spin and at least get once around
3. (Tricky) this is where you bring your knees down towards your chest, and kick up giving you the hop.
4. Push up as hard as you can with your legs.
5. (hurts) if your not use to this it'll hurt pretty bad
And you'll look stupid in a battle. But it'll look tight when you get it.
6. (to continue) keep the spinning motion going and keep hopping to keep your balence.
This move is very dangerous.. I nearly broke my neck doing it. but one tip that i found was good is to only hop a little off the ground at first.
Ive gotten a lot better at it now, to the point where i can almost jumprope on my head. lol
This also requires balence.. alot of balence,
Try Holding rockets or headstands with out your hands for at least 6 or 7 seconds.. when you ge that you'll be ready.
