Is this normal - 10-23-2006, 01:26 AM

Okay, whenever I attempts a head/handstand whenever I get to the point where you lift your legs off the ground I feel a pain in the middle of my shoulderblades on my spine. It feels exactly like a kink. But when I feel this pain I stop and then It begins to hurt twice as much or about half as much. Is this normal? I only recall having this when I started trying the windmill.
