i think we need this thread, because there is no section for valdez, spider, applejax, ninja rolls, front and back rolls, clowning moves, drills for learning new power, and its a good spot for new moves/made up moves.

is "rainbow" considered a bboying move? i know it sounds gay but it's really hard to do

you start by sitting on the floor with both of your feet on the ground (3rd step in six step) and one hand pointing to your back.

Then you lift up your two legs backwards and your in doing basically a one handed handstand with only your hand that was pointing to your back as support, and you fall to where start back with to your original position with your hand facing forward.

basically it's like a backward spring, but your sitting down and you do it with one hand

if you try to do this, don't ever put your one hand faceing opposite to you. your wrisk must turn a 180 degree and with your elbow facing your back and your hand and fingers pointing the same way

I saw a proper 1 handed airflare, (not a hopping 90 in a middle of an airflare), it was in the middle of a battle between Charles and Freakazoid. Man! tht battle was Crazy-funny, A fight broke out between the two and everybody rushed in to break it up, but anywayz, back 2 the point, charles did about two 1 handed airflares to flares and nailed em' both!!!! I dnt think i've seen anyone else do tht, but i know there's gotta be more bboys/bgirls tht can do it. Btw! this forum is pretty useless, cos' we already got a forum for all the other types of moves, Valdez's would be more seen as a type of flip, in my opinion Bronco's are a type of Handstand move, the only thing tht i think wud really fit in this cateory is the Lotus.
