KOBO 2007 - King of BBoy.org 2007

THIS THREAD IS TO BE USED FOR SIGN-UPS ONLY!

Whats up bboys and bgirls! Welcome to 2007.

I'd just like to say congratulations to Image for winning the 2006 bboy.org tournament and props to everyone who participated. You guys battled well.

But 2007 is a new year and its time for the next bboy.org tournament! The reason I'm starting this so early is because there was alot of interest in another tournament last year... which means more rounds and more time to complete the tourney. The details are as follows:

Deadlines:

The tournament will start on February 15, 2007. The tourney will be in bracket form as it was in 2006.
You must enter by February 1.
Your showcase video must be entered by February 8.
The first round match-ups will be randomly selected and will be posted February 12-14.
Only the best 16 bboys will be able to participate. The best 16 will be determined by the judges after watching the showcase videos.

Judging:

There three judges. The bboy with the majority of votes wins. Judge's decisions are FINAL.

1. BBoy_J-Man
2. Train
3. zeshenone

General Rules and Setup

Battles will be two rounds, except for the championship battle, which will be three rounds.
Rounds can be as long as you want.
No editing/splicing... opening titles and credits are not allowed. (if you feel the need to add something, put it in the body of your post or in the description on your movie page) Music can only be added if your camera does not record sound.
There will be no time extentions. NO EXCEPTIONS! I don't care if you have a test to study for, your dog ate your computer or your camera is broken.
You must have 30+ posts to enter. (Bboys like B-Rad who have been here for awhile can still enter).
This is a major time commentment, and by entering, you agree that you understand this and have the ability to post each round on time. Even if something does come up, there will be plenty of time to film each round. If you don't post by the due-date, you will be DQed!

The rules will be posted again in each battle thread.

Chucky is offering $50 to the winner of the tournament! This is out of his own pocket, so if you would like to help by putting in a little something, contact him. I'm sure he'd appreciate it.
