aww. I wanted to see all the rounds from you two since people don't try as hard for first set to see what the opponents got then they just blast out on their other sets.

i gotta give this one to diesel

his tops was much more fluid, more energy in the whole set, blow-ups werent smooth but they still looked nice
greg's tops and footwork was just eh..the head to airchair was smooth, but the rest of the set didnt have much style at all

woulda been nice to see another round tho

diesel boy gets this one

imma go with diesel. i liked his style more, plus i think he would be a better challenge for me if he was to win the battle. greg you're comin up though.

gj to both
for greg though, style, like zeke said is a bit generic. seems like the only thing you're tryin to add on to effect it any is speed, and it doesn't help much in this case.
diesel, overall, he just did better
execution was just a little bit off, but he had nice flow, nice attitude, higher difficulty, and his dancing is just dope
yeah, im givin it to diesel

Firstly, I'd be leaning more towards diesel since its harder to win a battle when the rounds are cut after you've already started. BUT....

Greg, I'd have to say the run was pretty standard. You need to get into that beat when u dance......it was more like watching someone thinking about the moves and practicing. There was no battle hype or attitude showing u were doing anything but practice. Look at the person "camera".....over all the run was pretty decent but expected. The technique was nice but there was no level of difficulty. This would be a case of a quick clean 6step vs a quicker choppier footwork but with more difficulty, gotta go to Diesel

Diesel, over all much better so the round would go to you. The execution could be cleaner but I couldnt tell if thats just ur style or if it was choppy. An interesting dilemma. The power was a nice addition, showed ur ability to use all aspects of the dance. Your hype was right on with those tops.

....vote diesel

Dont bite the hand that feeds u, eventually everyone helping u will get annoyed...jesus.

Beginners giving beginners tips without understanding what they are saying is probally one of the worst ways to spread KNOWLEDGE.....which is the key to anything in life.

I dont know what this anubis guy is on about but greg dont listen to these people. You had much more flavour man and ur footwork was clean and fast. Good foundation ya got and you finished ur set well. Work on ur drops tho and also dont look at ur ground/feet when ur doing ya tops.

As for diesel you gotta change that music u dancing to brother. Your toprock is too jumpy, i know u want distinct style but make sure you add it some basic steps too. Plus it was obvious that you were doing a whole set and if ur gonna do sets make sure you make it look natural. Its all about flow. You crashed twice in ur run, remember its not about difficulty of moves if u cant execute it 100%. Sorry i cant give a vote to someone breaking in their socks man, u gotta dress fresh with ur kicks on, coz that is still part of the battle. But keep it up make sure you wear shoes next time.

I dont know if im allowed to vote but im definitely giving my vote to Greg. pz

that ALMOST made sense... sorry
that was the main reason why i voted for diesel, but other reasons are
yes, i know he crashed once or twice, but chew wasn't clean throughout either... so execution wise, both were pretty much even
yes, chew's footwork was "clean and fast", but it was basically the same several steps over and over. if you want to be technical, the short segement of footwork diesel displayed was "clean and fast" too, and he coulda simply repeated it over a couple times and it would be no different from chew's. don't get me wrong chew, you're a dope bboy, and you're well on your way. i'm not tryin to bash on you, just tryin to back my judging up. also, just a personal preference, but i've seen diesel break WITH shoes on at jams, and he break's just the same with only socks on.
well, i'm done
peace~
