showing more well-roundedness
going at it harder

j-hen, you should have focused on the battle itself much more. you were cleaner, but like yell-O said, your set didn't really go anywhere

I actaully want to see a round 2. Because i know j-hen was holding back and i think this one is pretty close. If this ends up an over-all draw, a second round should be made..

and soryr my reaction time is so slow. i've had a ton of homework in World History

Arg... I hate to be the dealbreaker... but I thought this was J-Hen's round >_> your rounds were pretty much equal in quality... but the dealbreaker was I could see the music in J-Hen's round but not in Deal's.

My vote goes to J-Hen
Deal, what you have to understand is i chose this song not only because it's dope but because even after listening to it 2~3 times you can get an easy grasp of the beat, and frankly you hit the beat with your tops but after that it was almost as if you could have taken out the music and it would be the same, J-hen hit the beat with his tops, and with the burn at the end. It was a close round, especially since J-hen held back so much but he appealed to me more with his set.
