i know i don't do powermoves like that, but i like using the 1's i have...like 90's....i've been practicing this move 4 a long time now, and i can do them pretty good. i can hit like two and a half to 3 rotations easy, but that's all i can hit...i already know how to spin on the lower part of my palm, and using a glove or a rag or something, is just 2 slippery, and i fall on my face all the time..and i seen people do this move without gloves, and hit like 5 to 7 spins. my friend told me that instead of doing them from standing, try doing them out of other powermves like, airswipes, flares,or windmills..he told that this will give me enough moumintum 4 a extra 2 or 3 spins.. what i'm asking,, is this a good way 4 more rotations, or are there other easyer ways to hit more???
or you could try and "drill" your rotations. You drill it by crossing your legs and pointing them straight up while your spinning. This allows you to spin a lot faster and around a smaller area which looks really dope.

Im specialising in 90's fo rm is easy once you get 2 rotations try 2000 then elbow spin and then head pin, they are easy you'll get about 6 rotations in about a week if you work onlyin 90's a whole week
thanks for the help yall... your 90's must be pretty sick kuja if you can hit like 6 rotations in only a weeks practice.. i've been working on this move for like 2 years now and i can't come close 2 six rotations.. 3 rotations r my max,, once in the blue i can get lucky and hit 3 and a half or 4 rotations.. but on a regular basis i'll just hit 2 or 3... maybe i just have 2 snap my hips a little harder, and drill my rotations like midnight breaker said.. because when i do them, they don't b 2 fast, or they don't b 2 slow,, it's like in between... i guess i gotta speed them up some..
