do u now how to do those moves yet or not. if u can u need endurance and lots of momentum. when u get 2 the back u ur flares then go to ur elbows and do elbowtracks. when ur in the air, get to the tuckin position of the baby mills and make ur arms cross like barrel mills, but land on ur shoulders and kick sideways to keep on going with ur baby. remember to always keep ur arms like a barrel position. practice the elbow tracks on wrestling mats and soon ull get it. learn how to do lots of flares first. try to make it straight flares too. keep practicing.
