some vid inside here i cant see... so hope that u all can send me windows media players vid.. i think it is old version.. sorry abt that... i can do nike n pike... any tips for me to learn basic things? pls, senior...

Yeah...Handstands u just kinda have to go and practice until you get it. Maybe start against the wall to develop some balance and stuff.

dude, check out the printed guides for handstands. You shouldn't need a video guide for regular handstands. Inverts and hollows, MAYBE. Go up against a wall, hold it and practice every day. Its really not very hard. Practice

wat i mean is sth like nike, pike or even airchair.. how to start to do it... it just not normal handstand.. hope u all understand.. sorry for letting u all guys misunderstand wat i say...

dude handstands are easy the only thing that might make it difficult is doing a invert or hollow back or sum kind of invert
