try wrist support -

well you guys could use "tru-fit wrist support". thats the exact spelling, its supposedly for tennis and carpal tunnel injuries but its fine for bboying.
just a simple black velcro strap that goes around your wrist....keeps it from bending too far back and stiffens it up a bit.
i find it helps me wen im trying to figure a move out from bby freeze or handglide positions...more endurance on balancing on that hand
alternating wrist-heavy moves (bby freeze, handglides, turtles etc) with handstand moves and footwork will help you build endurance without stressing the wrist too much
