How do I smoothen out my six step and make it faster (Vid included)? -

My six step is ok, but it's nothing compared to all the other six steps I've seen on this site. Before I do anything else, I want to make sure I am proficient in doing the six step because I have read on many different sites that the six step is essential to any good breakers movel list.
In the video, I pause for a couple of seconds. The part where I pause is the part of the six step that gives me trouble. Any tips will be greatly appreciated.
my six steps like your, im only just satisfied with it but my friend say that its rubbish, im not a person who like to do things sloppy so thanks to my friend i have to practice evn more now.

Hey man you are missing steps 5-6... you are just shooting from step 4 back to step 1. Okay what u gotta do:
Your step 4 is when your right leg is crossed in front of your left leg. You are stuck there... so this is what u gotta do: Instead of just whipping your leg all the way through (like you are doin), you need to STEP BACK far with your left leg (the one that is BEHIND your rigt leg). Then once you've stepped back, move your RIGHT leg (the one that WAS in front), underneath you, and you should be back in the pushup position.
Those are TWO seperate steps that you are bypassing into one step. Goodluck, hope that helped. Be blessed †

Yeah, just do it slowwwwwly until you can get your steps down perfectly, THEN move on to develop speed. Also, it looks like your butt drops too low when you're in the crab position, probably because your feet are too far from the rest of your body. Try to make it more like you're squatting and less like you're going from crab to pushup position.

first of all, my advise is try to face the same position. Your six steps hops around. Slow down and stay in the same position. How to do it ? place your hands back to the same position where they were.
