i have a question for any one who wants to answer how did you all or do you all build up enough endurance to do combos i lose my breath quickly just doing 4 move combos

let's look at this from a physiological standpoint... you are tired because you need more oxygen in your muscles and lungs. the muscle that controls oxygen flow to your lungs and limbs is your heart. since it's a muscle, the best way to make it work more efficiently is to give it a workout. this means loooong bboy sessions without taking a break until you're ready to just drop and go to sleep.

and keep drinking water while you practice.

go get a shitload of practice, it's better than running.

Pretty much any physical activity can improve your endurance as long as you keep an accelerated heart rate i think its called an anarobic workout. Also ive learned from wrestling it takes 8 minutes for your body to warm up and anything after that is cardio and will improve your endurance.

anaerobic means without using oxygen. for example, anaerobic respiration = lactic acid/alcohol fermentation. damn ap bio is fun.

an means without.
aero means oxygen.
anaerobic means without oxygen. LEARN YOUR MORPHEMES. ap english is fun too.
