1. you dont need to build any muscle to do this, its all about flexibility. Stretch your shoulders mainly, and also your back.

2. Flares use alot of different muscles, dont worry about doing certain excersises to strengthen them, i reccomend just practicing the flares them selves, flares are mostly technique but the strenth will come from practice.

3. Handstands dont require much muscle, just keep practicing them.

4. Practice

5. Work on shoulder flexibility also learn to stand on one-hand without inverting your body.

6. Practice

except for flares for other moves you don't need to be strong its about technique, flexibility and practice. if you can't do handstand you shouldn't try doing flares cuz they're much harder.

Yo Again
Thnx alot 4 replyin
But .....
First of all i'm not a total newbie i can do hand stand both hands and one handed very good and can do more advanced freezes than it
the point was to get as much info about those moves to know how they really work and what muscles they use so i can train em while i'm knowin i'm trainin this muscle 4 that move
and again i needed to know what other excersise that could be done to help in that move 4 instance i've heard that i can do this to help in flares and winmills sit on ma butt and stretch my leg V-shpped and put my hand infront of me and ther other beside me and then left one leg upward and hold it .
and again , when i said wat do do i asked also 4 "how" to do
and u keep tellin me practice and stretch ma arms and back but u ddn't say " How "
anyway thnx alot 4 caring to answer and help
but i would be more thankfull if u told me " how to "
thnx again
PeaCe

here's one excersise that i do for warm up:

lay down on the floor with your back, put your left arm on the floor to your left ( arm must be straight ), and bend your left leg in knee(angle of 90 degrees) and bend it to your right. turn your head to right, try to keep your body straight

do it in other direction too

it stretches your shoulders and muscles in your back if you're doing it right

i hope i explained it right cuz my english is not perfect
