depends how hard you want to practice. and how innately flexible you are.

planches have nothing to do with flexibility. it's all about shoulder and tricep strength.

moves i got

all variations of footwork, toprock, uprock, turtles, helicopter/coffee grinder(1 and 2 handed), skyscraper, (air)chair, planche, kip up, no handed kip up, swipes, front handspring, front tuck, 2 handed air baby, super duper L kick, 1 legged swipes, handglides, crickets, windmills (stabbed), both ways leg hops, scissor kicks, back handsprings/back tucks, flash kicks, double legs, fulls, double fulls, front fulls, kick fulls, pretty much any crazy tumbling pass, and wallflips.

pm me and i'll help u with any of those moves

not if you do them on your fingers or have them sideways or backwards, they don't.

mali-bootay, if i remember correctly, you suck.

let's think of planches this way.... if you practice it using your wrists, you will gain wrist flex as well as the needed muscles. but if you practice it without bending your wrists the way they should bend, all you will do is develop the strength and you will never have proper planches. the point is, building strength is easy, but wrist flexibility is more important.

I never took time to learn planches. the first time I ever tried it, I held it for a few seconds. I felt the strain in my lower back, butt, and the back of my shoulders...
My wrists and arms didn't feel anything too overwhelming. It wasn't the cleanest of planches but if you can do it, it's easier to clean up. Different people have different strengths. If you want to learn a move, sweat should be dripping off your balls you are working so hard. That's how you learn moves, you put maximum effort into it. Mental Effort, Physical effort, motivational effort, Whatever it is you are lacking. You giver, and the move will come.

You do it. that's how you do it. Practice your planche like YOU CAN PLANCHE. They are easy.

Stop Reading! The internet is sucking your time away! Quick!! Go practice before it's to late!!!!!
