some ideas to make your babies stronger... -

Whassup, mang?
Anyway, here's some ideas on how to get stronger for your baby freezes:
1.) keep practicing!!! The more you do baby freezes, the more your body will get used to the pressure and the muscle strain.
2.) do push-ups and chair dips to build up your triceps. Do crunches to the side to work your obliques, which are the muscles that support your torso when you do a baby freeze.
3.) if you are older than 15 yrs. old, and have access to a gym or free weights, do some free weight exercises to build up your arms, chest, shoulders, upper back and obliques and abs. Those are all muscles you need in good condition in order to support your own body weight and to do most freezes.
NOTE: if you are NOT AT LEAST 15 YEARS OLD, DO NOT USE FREE WEIGHTS OR WORKOUT MACHINES WITHOUT CONSULTING YOUR DOCTOR FIRST!!!! You could seriously INJURE yourself (since your body is still developing), and that would mean:
NO BREAKING, either temporarily or possibly even permanently...
