handglide position is the most important position you'll learn ever. you can go into any move from here. windmill, flare, 90, airtrack, etc.. i can provide a clip of each if you dont believe me. same goes for freezes. hooray for this position.

some bboys just aren't grateful for the creativity of the bboys who came before them and thought of such amazing things like handglide position. you would be NOTHING without handglide position, in terms of learning tricks.

Shitty i cant do handglide postion =( i broke my wrist bad a while ago and still dont have the flexablity in it..... that or i juss really suck

cuz it's spam spam spam. and some people actually disregard handglide position and try to learn 90s or flares or some shit.

and since you say 'everybody should know it,' wouldn't the point of this thread be for those who don't know it to know it? you answered your own question.

from handglide rise up into handstand then quickly do a 90 (ive only seen this done well by ronnie ruin but it was a 2000). Hanglide into a flare is done often, swing in the direction u wanna go and go up into a flare, its like going into a windmill but u kick across.

handglide 90 aint hard at all. Just push and then spin.
