Lay down on your back. Bend your knees about 90 degrees. Twist your hips. Make sure both your shoulders are touching, same with your lower back, and the entire left side of your left leg, with both legs together. Hold it for a long time, like watch tv and stuff, then do the same thing only with the right side of your right leg touching the floor.
