Angry Help with Headglides???? - 09-17-2004, 03:01 AM

Hey, can anyone give some advice on headglides?? I could use some help. Like.... some good ways to slide further. I can slide about 2 feet, but thats all. I stop sliding and am just in a headstand position. Maybe im starting the headglide all wrong. I dunno. Someone help me out plz.

there's not really anything to it. you put your head on the ground and push off with your legs. if you want more distance, push off harder and make your body more level with the ground (but not too level). it's a pretty cool move, but it sucks now cuz it was used in you got served. along with l-kick jackhammers.

heres a vid if it'll upload right. Maybe you can tell me if Im doing something wrong. The vid is a lil choppy but maybe it'll help. I'm pushin off pretty hard. Maybe i need a smoother surface. Umm.. I still aint seen that movie yet. But I remember the previews when he does a headglide. Still a cool move in my book.

if you wanna keep your hands near the ground, just keep pushing with your hands. you can go like 10ft before burning your scalp if you conserve your momentum right. of course the circle is never big enough for that.
