im a noob, and i know for sure u dont use a wall to practice airswipes, i myself am practicing that, just get used to a regular swipes, and then try it on 1 leg.
On 2 legs, u twist ur upper body part first then unwind ur legs, but for 1 leg airswipe as ur upperbody part twist and about to touch the ground, jump up and twist ur bottom.
