Sup all,
I just wonderin how the hell you practice airtrax, butterfly twists.....and even hollows. Like....if your just starting, first time, on airtracks, you'll just eat it heluv hard. and then how do you practice hollows if you don't even know how to get into them...

the key to it is thinking about hitting the move, not worrying about how it will hurt if you miss.... me, I practise elbow airflares, hollows, and inverts all on cement with a thin layer of rug...
