Aight I got some more crappy beginner problems. Im tryin to get that fore-arm pike freeze thing, which aint no problem. But after I hold that mother for a second or two I fall straight on my back, and that gets annoying as hell. Then I cant get my hips to point straight up when Im tryin to bust just normal chairs. This sucks sucking...? So if yall got any tip or u can help me out it wud be greatly appreciated. Peace.

For the airfreeze your probably relying on your shoulders, not your hips. Remember to twist your legs, not your upper body. Also when you start to lose balance try and just jump out of it.

For the chairs, it's probably just flexibility. Put your hand on a wall and your elbow in your back then try to look at the opposite wall. Just hold that for a long time.
