Im just wondering from what position can u guys execute airchairs using only 1 hand , if you can go into it from a lot of positions feel free to give advice =)

Airchairs can be done by any position. From flares, 6 step, windmills, turtle freeze, headspin etc. The unique thing about breaking is that everything can be combined even though it seems that you can't.

no advice? i was asking if anyone can do em from a lot of positions if they can feel free to give advice for everyone.

There really isn't any advice for it besides building up some strength in your arm so you can kinda slow yourself down when you go into it. Either than that, it's all about practice. The only thing is, dropping into air chairs from anything one your head or hands is scary, so you need good aim or else you might break you arm. Like I said before, just practice. You'll eventually get it.
