What up guys, I got a little problem. I'm gonna attempt to work on kip ups this week. I know how to spring up, so that's not a problem. There is only one thing that terrifies the hell out of me: When you land back, I know that you put your hands behind your head so they touch the floor first when you land, then your shoulder blades and then your back, I know that, but I'm scared of is not getting my hands back there quick enough and landing on my neck. Did that ever happen to anyone?

I think someone posted saying that they broke their neck and they can't break for the next 3 months.

Yes I know. Someone put up a post not that long ago that he broke his neck, but that was from a back handspring. I'm talking about the actual kip up. And if I don't have a mat what's the next best place to practice that on?

If you got some shag carpet...just don't get your shit rug burned. Better than doing it on tile fo sho.
