the way i got them was first going into a normal handstand then choosing the arm i wanted to freeze on, dropped down on that forearm, with my other hand still helping balance.
then when i was confident enough i would do the same thing then move away the balance arm now i can just jump into it, even though it hurts,,i should work on the hurty less bit, and i can do all sorts of different thing with my legs, kick them, pike, nike, twist..whatever hope this helps bro peace |

you should have elbow freezes. train em like you do handstands
- Against a wall! For elbow l-kicks. Get into an elbow freeze which ever way you want. I like to go headstand then elbow freeze because i get perfect balance doing that. but just get into an elbow freeze Then you just l-kick. Its the same technique. - Move your hips away from the foot your grabbing - Look at the foot your grabbing. I dunno if that helps. I just mysteriously did em one day. I dunno. Try looking at your foot when you do an elbow l-kick good luck |
