hey i'm having some probs with my hallows, well i'm doing everything right.... i think, well i'm pushing out my chest as hard as i can, my arms are placed properly, my wieght is evenly distrobuted, i lower my legs slowly so i dont fall over but when my legs are were i want the to be i lose it and fall over so if you know anything that i'm not doing please tell me. thanx.

Hollows are based almost entirely on shoulder flexibility, go into a handstand, sounds like you already go all that basic stuff down but now you have to learn how to use your shoulders. I can't really explain how to do it it's kinda tricky you just sort of do it. Practice against a wall.

i think there wuz a guide sumwhere in here where it shows u a workout against the wall which will help u in hollows. but try arching ur back as far as u can like brownkid says
