how many 90s can u bust from a held handstand? i like this move

i'm trying 90s this way I've got half of one..it's not consistent at all, I fall most of the time...I gotta learn 90s after flares..

u don't get speed and momentum from still handstand like that....

It's possible to do it, but you need to whip your legs and have good balance.

its a very good way to learn 90's, and you get good control of it to, the bad side of it is that you wont be able to do more than 2-2.5 rounds..

i seen josh form mah krew walked in a handstand realy fast in a circlr spinning then lets go of 1 hand and does a 90, about 4 rotations

Well, thats true, but then its more like your doing a continious hand spinn, you kind a miss the one-shot feeling
