Hey guys, especially anubis, 'cause I know you're analytical as hell, just like me, When I collapse into a mill, I have two problems, I hit the back part of my ribs (behind my side close to my back), and sometimes I'm on my upper back to fall to my lower back as I rotate. I'm assuming the first is created by not putting enough body weight on my front and the second is by not kicking my legs hard enough. Do I got that right, or does anybody have any suggestions that I could use?

ok, these sound like problems you have when you don't rotate whilst collapsing..I remember years ago when i used to collapse and wind myself, because i kind of fell onto my back.

Imagine you are coming out the back of a flare while you collapse and rotate your body whatver direction you go in while you collapse at least 90 degrees, also, collapse onto your upperback. I like to analyze moves also, gives u a better understanding which inturn allows you to adjust more variables so you can customize your moves.

As soon as i got windmills, the next day i was doing nohanders and not long ago i got halos in like a week, my understanding was that clear of the dynamics, you have to analyze.

You can almost derive any move from these basic moves:

windmills, evolve to no handers, evolve to halos(reverse no handers) and flares (elevated windmills -thats all they are!!!)evolve to airtracks (windmill in the air, use the walk technique you gained from halos)

headspins, evolve to elbowspin or 90s

before you know it, ur busting 10 new moves just coz u learnt one move! this is what analyzing does for you, i don't understand people who can flare but not windmill, or track and not air-track..

phew, i do go on
