get used to balancing the turtle pose, more like a handglide pose! when you can comfotable do this on BOTH hands! then you should do it with both underneath you *turtle position*! you shoud now be trying to rock your weight alternativley onto each hand, when you can comfotably do this, then try to rotate em! if this dont help, try reading a turtle guide!
