Chucky is right, but even though I stretch more than any bboys around me, I still get hurt occasionally...
OK, so if you get bruised badly, from lets say windmills, like if you get black-n-blues on your hips and shoulders....let it heal, if you keep on pressuring it, you'll only hurt yourself more, although some people say that it will toughen the injured area but I don't believe in that shit.....
If you pull a muscle, try streching it but not too much...and don't do moves like crazy thinking it will go away through forcing it....if the the muscle still hurts after a few days with streching it, take a brake until you feel you are good to go....
If you break a bone, start dancing and you will become a real breakdancer....................jp

many people say that accupuncture is bulshit, that it doesnt work and people tell themselves that it does because they want to.....lol.....I saw this thing on HBO about it and they proved that its bulshit, the show is called something like 'lookin for bullshit' or somethin, its hosted by these two guys that do stunts and shit, one has long hair and glasses and the other never speaks......
