i hurt my left wrist like a month ago and its still not healed. it aint broken or anythin but i cant put any pressure on it
maybe its coz i never really gave it a chance to heal... im not really a patient person!!!

i moan alot when i hurt myself badly... with some laughing in between

what can i say... im not normal... or so they say

I use get hurt alot when i was first learning windmills, kuz i tried them starting off from a sitting position- then kicking. LoL. Ignorant. But then it went away after a while... so i guess... umm- give it some time?

warm up and stretch before hand, and if you get hurt, just rest ..simple as that

k if u get bruised doing millz or flarez jus simple take a break and in that break c how bad it is. and if ur impatient and agraid 2 lose wat u learned even thought that rareley happens just do what i did i put some extra padding on my shoulders when i bruised and gave minor cracks in the bone, when i was learning millz. and for padding i dont mean the skatebord guards or that shit jus use some clothes or a cloth and put it under ur jeans or shirt where it hurts and b4 u go serious c if u have enough support there so u still dont get hurt!!!. and if its 2 much and u cant practice be good little kidz and lie down lol anywayz try it it helped me
