Right now i was trying to learn the flare! As anybody who can't do it i just keep the mini-flare.
When i try to make go my legs behind me i fall with my left leg....why can't i get 'em were i want? Is it possible that it is cause when i got 'em in front of me i got my shoulders to much back(my ass is up but it's almost like if i'm parallel to the ground faceing the ceiling), and so i can't shift my weight in front of me......
I think it is that way....could it be? if yes, how can i resolve my problem?

What surface are you practicing on? I definitely recommend a soft surface like carpet to learn the front part of the flare, where you swing one leg underneath the other and start coming around. However, soft surfaces are a good place to practice to get your body accustomed to the beginning swing. Once you start coming around real easy, you have to do it on the hard ground like a gym floor. Your hands can't grip or get enough push off of carpet. You wouldn't think it but it makes a huge huge difference. I was stuck with one flare for a couple months (having practiced around 3-4 more months to get to that point) until i went to a gym floor and hit 2 and a half.
*once u get one flare, you cant really get tips for doing more
cuz its all how u react to flares that makes them good

u can get certain tips, but not "How do i do more flares?", cuz u just keep swinging your legs
*REMEMBER TO KEEP YOUR LEGS STRAIGHT AND OPEN THEM WIDE
LEAN BACK AS U COME AROUND FOR SECONDS OR THIRDS CUZ IT KEEPS YOUR MOMENTUM UP
*u dont need very strong arms to do lots of flares

ehy guys, right today i talked with some friends about the flare......and they told me that for doing it, just after u kicked ur left leg, u must kick ur right to ur left behind too.....is that right???
