*DOWNROCK Move Guide* Simple Awesome looking move - 12-25-2002, 04:05 PM

-This move may be a real move but i never seen it around, i was tinkering around at a local club around my area one night, and i came up with it on my own so im not going too name it or anything until i do more research-

*This move looks so sweet and smooth if you keep it as smooth as possible and to the beat of the music.*

Step 1- Get down in a crab position, pelvis pointing toward the ceiling, both hands touching the ground helping support holding your up, and both feet touching the ground doing the same. (DO NOT STICK YOUR PELVIS AREA TOO HIGH)

Step 2- Lift your left arm off the ground while at the same time extending your right leg out.

Step 3- Swing your right leg toward your left leg as if you were going to do a coffee grinder/ helicopter maneuver. (keep your right leg touching the ground the whole time)

Step 4- When your right leg gets close to your left leg, put all the weight on your right arm, and left your left leg so that it is in line with the right one. (Left leg at this point should be on top the right one, NOT TOUCHING IT, feet both pointing to the left, in an almost switch like position. Right leg should be touching the ground still.)

Step 5- from this position, straighten your left leg out so that it is pointing straight while at the same time bending your right leg more at the knee, so this way your right leg should smoothly slide under you and stop at your butt. When your right leg is under your butt, it is now safe too sit on your right leg, and let your left leg touch the ground at the same time, while switching hands (bring your right one in the air now, and leave your left one touch the ground.) place all your weight on your left arm now.

Step 6- you should be in a position at this point, right leg under your butt with you sitting on it slightly, Left leg pointing straight touching the ground out in front of you, and you are leaned on your left hand where all your weight is off to that side. From here, do the reverse of the following steps, first make sure your left leg is touching the ground too, now swing your left leg over toward your right leg. As you go too swing your left leg over, lift your butt off your right foot completely so you are just relying on your left hand too hold you there.

Step 7- When your left foot now gets close to the right one and you are having your left hand hold you up completely yet with both legs touching the ground, just bring your right foot off to the right side again smoothly so that your left leg is now under your right one touching the ground, and your right one is above it not touching it in almost a switch position. Both feet should be pointing too the right now.

Step 8- Finish the sweeping motion by having your left leg come back and under your butt as you sit on it and switch weight too your right hand then and straighten your right leg out, from here you are back in the starting position...

Good luck with this move, it may take a few practice runs but its simple, and catches alot of attention. If its a real move, someone please let me know....
