Elbow Spin or 2000s -

Hi,
Elbow Spin or 2000? Which is easier? I tried Elbow spin and its like easier for me but i can't find any tutorial for it.. Any suggestions or tips? If you can do Elbow spin, gimme some tips and help. Bone issues, etcs. |

I can't do a 2000 but I am pretty sure it is easier. It also varies though because I can do elbow shit but I can't even hold a handstand for 5 secs.

I'm learning how to do elbow spins , I just started a day ago, and I can get 0.5 of a rotation , and for 2000's I can get 1 - 2 spins.
