I was wondering if someone could hook me up with a "Gliding in place" tutorial, or just point me in the direction of one. I' d really like to find one.
Also, I found that lifting your feet on to your toes higher gives it more of an illusion, and so does stepping out a bit more. Got some oooo before in class cuz people thought I was running in place slowly.. lol

Airwalking backwards is the same, except instead of heel to toe it's toe to heel, at least that is how I airwalk backwards. You can just walk backwards while airwalking as well.
