your request is very general. Why don't you look at the videos linked here? They're full of multiple moves for you to try out.

Also, spend your free time hitting! That's where you tense your muscles suddenly at the beat of a drum. okay?

Hitting practice seems like it's repetitive and boring on the surface, but when you really get into it, I've found that it can be very addictive, challenging, and even fun. Not to mention that it's a skill you must have if you're ever really gonna look good doing this popping thang. The great thing about it is you can do it anywhere! I do it on the bus, while waiting for the light to change, while walking my dog, when ever I hear music in a car passing by, it's endless.

I'm no expert, so I'm speaking from an observers standpoint here....
I've seen people put routines together who seem to have a very limited vocabulary of dance moves. Here in NYC I get to see a lot of street performers, some great, some just ok... what Ive noticed about all of them is that they have a certain sequence of moves that work for THEM and they do it at just about every show they've given. Im not saying that they dont and cant improvise, but they're consistant, which tells me that they sat down , thought out what they'd like to do and just do it over and over until they can do it on command. I guess you can do the same thing.
