I was wondering How do You Viberate you body?(chest,arms)
I've seen people do it in battles and it looks really Nice...But I cant seem to do it..I can kinda do it in my arms..But everytime I try to do it in my Chest...My head starts to shake.
You can look up the Mike watson vs Legend battle and where Mike watson pulls out the hat and Whispers in its "ear" he starts to viberate...Thats what Im lokking for.
If you can do it Please any contributions are helpful...If you dont...just frop your theory on how you would probally do it,Thanks

ok...vibration....first off you need to know that most of the vibration power actually comes from ur lower body...namely legs and abs
they will greatly enhance ur arm and neck vibrations...
here's how i do them...may not be the right way or what, i dunno..but that's the way i do them..if there are any pros out dere, and im doin them wrong, feel free to correct me
Arm vibrations: To get a feel of arm vibrations, just clench ur fists really tight and you can feel them shaking/vibration slightly right? okay next you will have to try to find a certain 'amount' of strength to clench your fist or tighten ur arms muscles to get the desired effect...Different amount of strength will determine the speed of vibration and amplitude of vibration.
Abs vibrations: Contract in ur abs slightly...just slightly...kinda like u r having a stomachache...squeeze ur abs real tight...you should be able to feel it shaking. Its easier to get the abs vibration when u r sitting down...abs require a lot of work into practising until ur abs gets used to the motion...Remember to breathe while u try to vibrate ur stomach...one common mistake is that ppl hold their breathe when try to use stomach vibration...holding ur breathe tires u out easily
Legs vibrations: Stand with ur knees slightly bent, next squeeze ur butt and whole of ur legs real tight...until you feel the vibration. Legs are the hardest to vibrate (in my opinion)
That all I have to offer now...I'll try to put up some of the excerises or practises that I do that will help in getting and improving vibrations
most people use vibration in their routines as an effect of being electrocuted or a rusty robot moving....and something along that line...

A guess one way to practice vibrating is to literally jump iup and down in place, keeping your body stiff and just using your legs. Then, gradually make the mortion smaller and smaller. That's the best I can explain it. If you've ever seen people who practice tai chi in the park, you'll get what I mean. another way to practice is to do a dance move called a "shimmy" where you keep your arms and body loose and move/shake your shoulders/upper body in a horizontal fashion. (If you've seen Broadway Jazz Dancers, then you've seen this move done.) It's usually a pronounced movement that a lot of women do, but you can make it more subtle, as you gain control of your body and become accustomed to what the move feels like.

Alright I've been working ar it for a while and Im still not getting it...Everything else I got but The Ab viberations....I mean Do you have to viberate your abs to make it look like your chest is viberating?...Becuz I want it to look like my chest is viberating....I also do feel the shaking man...But I'll keep practicing and hopefully I'll get it soon with time.
Abs is kinda hard to make it looks big....guess u just have to keep on practising and try to grasp the right amount to 'squeeze' ur abs for the biggest vibration
