With regard to the technical aspect, it is really a spiced-up trace wave. Wherever the spider walks on your body, wave that body part and keep the wave in time at the same speed as the spider's movement. If you want you can have it start from the air and string a web down to your face and have it walk all the way down to the floor (creating a very cool wave sequence in the interim of course!) then squashing it with your other hand. In Wiggles vol. 2, he makes it crawl across the ground over to his opponent and bite that guy.
Anyway, that's the jist of it. A cool concept with room for innovation!

Where the heck did you hear all that?
Spiders is poppin petes style. If you want to get the lowdown then buy Many Mo Styles - by Pete available from the EBs site (via wigs site).
Pete doesnt really wave it - that is not the foundation of spiders - spiders is simply the fingers, and walking them around your body like a spider. Thats what pete said anyway. If wigs waves it then thats just one of his ideas - its not necessarily biting.
I am learning bopping. Am i biting Dre? Not if i put my own flavour in - with my own angles.
Same goes for any style. As Yates described Wigs does it a little different - which means hes not biting.
