lol falling down like that is a little more difficult than getting up i jus did it that way but going down is akward it hurts my knee

and I sorta dont get it... do u just like do a sorta wave motion and then push off the ground with ur arms then try to balance urself back up??

nah rile its like after your on the floor you throw ur left leg upwards and bend your right leg back. so then you bring down your left leg so that your left thigh is on your right heel. ( the only part of your leg thats touching the floor is your right knee ) and then you just kinda push off with ur hands and your right knee i guess. kinda hard to explain. i would make a video but i dont have a camera and it looks hella awkward when i do it, lol

nah, i 'll try wen i hav time, but i still dunno if i do it right, if i do mak one i'll do it starting from the ground coz i hate the falling bit, yeah thats it! start practising pushing urself off the ground first coz falling is easy if ur not scared!!!

i learn by watching people, y dont u download a vid and play it in slow motion? i pretty much figured out how to do it myself so thats y im not even sure if its correct!!

and thats why noone is going to make a vid either. We have tutorials in almost every aspect of foundation, even going as far as micro waves, and now you want crowdpleaser tips? no - thats not how we roll here........

I tried this all day and i am still practice ? is it really important to place the thight on the heel of the other leg ? and do i actuly have to advence the knee that is down .

check out psyks falling backwards clip...

also work on your stomach because you need strong abs to keep good form and not strain your back/hips/thighs/ankles
