ey peepz. wz up?
wehlz ive been juss practicin on my body waves.
wehl ive managed to to a body wave from my legs to my head.
but i cant seem to get the reverse.

i have problems from my stomach to knee.
i know they gotz guidez but ill be really thnkful if someone gave me a good detailed description on what i can do.

yupz...morax's guide iz gud...
noob here..so what do i noe...
but....its alwayz easier to wave from the legs to the head...cos its kinda like stretching ur back...
but uve gotta practice from head, chest to (i kinda skip the abs..cos i cant do it nice enough...any idea?) hips and legs..once u get used to it...it isnt hard..

ok let me try...

when you wave from your chest, suck in your stomach. then sink your chest and push out your stomach.

next in line will be your pelvic area. thrust it out. like morax's analogy... "like you're banging a chick". it's an easy action once you picture it in your mind.

then sink your pelvic area and your knees will feel like they want to come out. let them stick out.

voila. there you have it.




or you could just watch Morax's guide. it's dope.
