A to the J asked for an example of how i do my armwave....its pretty easy, but most of it is allllll isolation.....its repetitive but ISOLATION IS KEY!!! here ya go

it's super funny how they say people get to repetitive...when poppin is all repitition....I mean the only way to get good at hittin ur arms...is to do it ALOT...which is repitition........same with armwaves...and skateboarding....and football....yes i know i prolly spelled repetitive wrong several times, haven't been here in awhile....just thought to stop by
