Top notch Invent, really a valuable tool for anyone to see and utilize. I, for one, have always been very confused as to just what constitutes "foundation", and after hearing you talk about it I feel i have a stronger grasp of what it is.
Also, thank you for the breakdown of the old man! I don't know why, but I could NEVER figure that move out by watching it in full motion. Most others I can watch and piece together from what I see, but that one was always tricky to me; I'm not sure why, it just was. So thanks for that too! In closing, I have to say this is perhaps the most informative instructional popping video I have ever watched, which I'm sure is to be expected from someone of your caliber. i watched all the tutorial vids u put out
helps a lot i noticed that ure chest hits.. helps makin ure hits look better altogether i cant really hit my chest that well so i was wonderin if u had ne tips on that and/or hittin exercises for the chest? thanks in advance man |

What works better than that wavedash, is simply knowing your body.
Figure out what can make what move. Besides the actual tensing/relaxing of the pectoral muscles... working out doesnt help that much (I find perrsonally). Yea... bigger muslces means more to tense.... but it also means bulk. Try pushing your back in towards your chest around the area between your shoulder blades. Then "lift" the chest by pulling it up around the sternum area (chest plate bone). I'll cover this in the next vid. Use these tips and practice practice. Seriously with hitting... practice makes up for not knowing. Because eventually, you will stumble across things that will take you to the next level. Peaz Invent |

^ i already do that .. i pust my chest out.. and i also suck in my stomach.. quick sharp breaths.. i think they are called stomach hits?
i dont kno.. but i can only do those.. for a while befo i start forgettin to do them .. or i get tired.. also .. when i do those stomach hits.. it interrupts my breathing.. i kno its practise practise practise.. but i want to kno whats the best technique to practise and whether or not what im doing is correct or not thanks for ure replies tho |

I dunno i flex my stomach and the chest just sorta comes out
i think sucking the stomach in is more for the heartbeat? not sure but you could probably use it for hits. i tried before but it was uncomfortable for me. |

I didn't mean bigger, but toning the muscles helps... if you have a weak chest like me, some simple chest exercises will give your hits much more definition and also give you a little better control over the muscles there as well.

but more like quick jabs .. -_- ahh but yeh .. i sort of like flex the stomach.. just quick suck ins.. which makes my pecs tense.. sometimes.. lol i dont kno .. yeh .. just tryin to work on my chest hits.. will def try what u guys said tho .. thanks |

That's why you can't sustain it very long. You can MOVE YOUR STOMACH IN without sucking in. Just practice it. Stomach hits are actually hitting the abdominal muslces. And don't worry so much!!! it all takes time. Wavedash- yea... that's true... I get it now!!! I'm just too lazy to work out... lol. Invent |

do abdominal hits also involve your lower spine? CUz sometimes I do like a knee hit for my chest, where u go from tense to relaxed to tense in my back and it gives a good effect sometimes
