i couldn't do "the old man" though, i mean i did it but i don't know if it's right since i can't see your feet, lol... One more thing, leg hits, i've been doing it by snapping my knees back... and i couldn't figure out how to do it your way...
this video helped me grasp the basics so much... before watching i would just do body and arm waves and had no idea how to hit. Now i can just put on a funk mix and freestyle/practices for like 30 minutes straight. i have a video camera i recored my sessions in my room and am noticing improvements after every video. so um thanks
