it's REEEEEEAAAAALLLLLYYYY easy to do i love to glide. heres how to do it. 1. aiight first arch yur right foot wit only yur toes touching the ground. 2.then wit force push yur right foot down making yur left foot move to the left. 3.then lift yur left foot up kinda like in step 2 and bring yur right foot to yur left leg(sliding it). then put yur left foot down and bring yur right foot back up. 4. turn around and slide yur left leg to the right and repeat all four steps to get back to the starting position.
